Unless stated otherwise, the shipping and return policies for Palindrome Home are as noted below.
SHIPPING
Free shipping in the US with our preferred shipping partners (FedEx or UPS).

Immediate Shipping items will be shipped within 2-5 business days.

Items with 30-Day Shipping will ship within 30 days of your order.

Please allow for an additional 2-5 business days from the 30 days to receive tracking information, as this will allow the carrier to process the shipment.

For custom or pre-ordered rugs, please see your order summary for estimated arrival dates and information.

Should something within that estimated timeframe change, we will contact you to provide updated information.

RETURNS
All rugs an be returned within three days of receipt for store credit or a 25% restocking fee.

​Custom Rugs may take longer than 120 days due to approval processes. If your rug is a custom rug it is not eligible for any return or late refund.
All rugs must be shipped via our preferred shipping partners (Fed Ex or UPS).
